Loop Trail Malerwinkel near the Königssee, ca. 5.4 km, 198 m elevation gain/loss
Bus 846 to Berchtesgaden Station, change to bus 841 to Königssee. From the bus stop we follow the Ludwig-Ganghofer-Trail along the stream Königsseer Ache to the pier Seelände and continue past the boathouses to a viewpoint overlooking the lake. From here we follow the complete Malerwinkel trail with a short detour to the viewpoint Rabenwand, which offers a spectacular view to the Königssee and the famous sanctuary St. Bartholomä. Having finished the round tour we walk across a park back to the bus stop
